B2C Sales Executive – Domestic/International Travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle direct customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online leads for domestic and international travel packages.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel packages.

  • Prepare customized quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.

  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, suppliers, and DMCs to ensure smooth travel operations.

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal offers, new destinations, and market developments.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C travel sales (Domestic & International).

  • Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations, airlines, and hotels.

  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and close deals efficiently.

  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and travel booking software.

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism or a related field (preferred).

B2C Operations Executive – Domestic & International Travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales operations for confirmed domestic and international holiday bookings.

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and activity partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Issue and manage travel vouchers, invoices, and complete travel documentation for confirmed bookings.

  • Ensure all travel services are booked, reconfirmed, and delivered on time as per itinerary.

  • Coordinate visa assistance, travel insurance, and foreign exchange services when required.

  • Handle customer queries, amendments, and special requests efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and supplier confirmations.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel operations (B2C experience preferred).

  • Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

  • Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism or a related field (preferred).

Visa Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end visa processing and documentation for various countries.

  • Coordinate with clients/employees to collect, verify, and submit accurate visa documents.

  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and external visa vendors for appointments, submissions, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain systematic records of visa applications, approvals, rejections, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Track and update visa policies, embassy guidelines, and procedural changes on a regular basis.

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely visa processing.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures (Schengen, USA, UK, Middle East, Asia, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and online visa application portals.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
